Circle of Hope 2009 a Success
What a night it was!  From the rhythmic beats from Organic Groove to the compelling stories & pictures from Congo we were mesmerized by the sights and sounds of Africa. Who didn't love watching Nii from Creation Africa hard at work with his carving demonstration, bidding on a silent auction items or  renewing acquaintances.
Thank you to each one who contributed to the Circle of Hope 2009 where each new partner helps us grow the circle and bring hope to those who feel forgotten.

Because of your support, Healing Streams can continue to help communities and refugee organizations build capacity by providing training in compassionate holistic counselling and leadership skills.  Dawn Penner, executive director, will be in Congo from October 30-November 18th providing training, support, and building networks.

Healing Streams would like to thank the many sponsors contributed items and services to the silent auction. Please let them know that you appreciate their support by continuing to purchase their goods and services.
