When you contact Healing Streams for Organizational Consulting, we set up a phone consultation to assess your needs and make recommendations for next steps.  This may include: a referral to a consultant or seminar leader, a referral to a professional counsellor or spiritual director, or another meeting for further assessment and to develop a proposal in more complex cases.  Once a specific recommendation is made, fees are discussed and negotiated and the specific consultant or counsellor you were referred to sets up the intervention.

Sample Interventions:
Perhaps your organization has functioned without a mission-directed strategic plan for years.  Lately, the organization seems to lack energy and focus.  A Healing Streams Organizational Consultant would work with your executive director, pastor, or board to develop a mission, vision, and strategic plan.  These are typically off-site events that are energizing and bring new life to an organization.

Maybe a volunteer team in your organization is experiencing conflict and members are choosing to drop out rather than confront the issues.  Healing Streams would provide a team-building event with a spiritual emphasis that brings reconciliation, hope, and new life.

Perchance a church leader confesses to an affair. Healing Streams intervention could include: assisting the leadership team with strategy and processing their own feelings of grief, anger or betrayal, facilitating a congregational meeting or healing service for soul care and community healing that fits with the culture or tradition of your organization, and counselling for those directly involved.
